Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas is an American lawyer and government official. He has served in the Obama administration as Director of S.C.I.A. and Deputy Secretary for Homeland Security. In November 2020, President-elect Joe Biden announced that he would nominate Mayorka as Secretary of Homeland Security in his Cabinet.
