William Barr
William Pelham Barr is an American attorney who served as the 77th and 85th United States Attorney General. He is a longtime proponent of the unitary executive theory of nearly unfettered presidential authority over the executive branch of the U.S. government. Barr was born in New York City in 1950 and grew up on the Upper West Side.
