Ramon Magsaysay Award
The Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation gives the prize to Asian individuals achieving excellence in their respective fields. The prize was established in April 1957 by the trustees of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund based in New York City. As of 2016, recipients have come from twenty-two Asian countries.
