Norm Shinkle
Norman D. Shinkle holds a BA from Michigan State University and a JD from the University of Toledo. On November 23, 2020, again serving on the Michigan Board of Canvassers, Shinkle abstained from certifying the state’s 2020 presidential election results. All 83 counties in Michigan had certified their results and there was no evidence of wrong-doing.
