James R. Hall
James R. Hall Jr. is a retired senior officer in the United States Army. He served as the final commander of the Fourth U.S. Army before its inactivation in 1991. He also served on the Atlanta Committee for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games and as the vice president for campus operations at Morehouse College.
