André Dallaire
André Dallaire is a Canadian man who attempted to assassinate Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chrétien in 1995. He was found guilty of attempted murder, but deemed not responsible because of mental incompetence. After about a year, he was given a conditional discharge, and sent to live in an Ottawa group home.
