His younger brother, Sterling Sharpe, is also a former NFL star wide receiver who played in the NFL for 10 years. He won the Super Bowl with the Broncos in 1999 and Super Bowl XXXIII with the Baltimore Ravens in 2003. He also appeared on General Mills’ Wheaties boxes with four other Broncos in the late 1990s and early 2000s. His brother Sterling is the younger brother of former wide receiver SterlingSharpe, who plays for the Oakland Raiders and the San Francisco 49ers, and is also an NFL Hall of Famer. His wife, Michele, has been married to Sharpe since 2007.
