The movie is about two hit men who kill a man they believe to be the mistress of a mob boss. It is also about a race car driver who loses his life in a violent car crash after falling in love with a beautiful woman who cheated on him with several other sports figures, all of whom met bad ends.

The hitmen kill the man because they believe he knows the truth about their target. They also want to find out what happened to the $1 million that was stolen from the getaway car of a mail truck driver who was killed in the robbery. They plan to kill Jack Browning, the mob boss who is now a real estate developer in Los Angeles, to find the missing money and bring it back to the United States. They kill the teacher because he refuses to flee and because he is the only person who knows the true truth about the robbery and Browning’s affair with Sheila Farr, the former mistress of mob boss Jack Browner, who they believe is responsible for the murder of Johnny North. The final scene is set in a school for the blind in Miami, Florida.
