It grossed approximately USD 207 million worldwide. It won the Academy Award for Best Art Direction for its cinematography, which was shot on location in New York’s Central Park. It was released on Blu-ray, DVD, and Blu-Ray on November 18, 2009, and on DVD on November 25, 2009. The 3rd and 4th editions of the book are released on November 30, 2010, and November 31, 2010. The 4th and 5th editions are released in Japan on November 29 and December 7, 2011, respectively. The 7th and 8th issues of the paperback edition of the novel are also released on the same day, but the release date has not yet been announced. The 9th and 10th editions will be released on December 14, 2011 and December 15, 2011. The 10th and 11th issues will be published on December 16, 2012, and December 17, 2012. The 12th and 13th issues are released the following week, on December 18, 2013, and January 14, 2013. The 13th and 14th issue is released on February 14, 2014, and February 15, 2014. The 14th and 15th issues were released on March 1, 2014 and March 14, 2015. The 16th and 17th issues have not been released yet, but are expected to be in the spring of 2016. The 17th and 18th issue are scheduled for release on March 2, 2015, and March 17, 2016, and April 17, 2017. The 19th and 20th issue will be the 30th and 30th issues. The 20th and 31st issues are the 28th and 29th issues, respectively; they will all be released at the same time on April 28, 2015 and April 30, 2017, and May 1, 2016.
