Rochelle Humes

Rochelle Eulah Eileen Humes is an English singer and television presenter. She began her career in British pop groups S Club Juniors and The Saturdays. She has gone on to co-present the ITV entertainment series Ninja Warrior UK. Since 2019, she has co-hosted the BBC game show The Hit List.

She is of Jamaican descent on her father’s side, and English on her mother’s. Her parents divorced when she was three years old, and she was raised by her mother and her uncle Paul Ince. In late 2006, Humes was part of a group called TigerLilys, who had a MySpace page displaying two tracks without being signed by a label or releasing any material commercially. In February 2007, Hume briefly appeared briefly on Never Mind The Buzzcocks as part of the show’s regular Identity Parade feature, where contestants guess which person in a line-up of five was the only person in the audience to play the music video. She also appeared on the BBC children’s TV programme Smile which was her first presenting role on BBC Two in early 2006.

She currently lives in London with her husband Marvin and their three children, including a son, a daughter, and a son-in-law. The couple have two sons, a son and a daughter who were all born in 2011 and 2012 respectively, and two daughters who were born in 2013 and 2014. She lives with husband Marvin in London and has a daughter and one son, both of whom live in the US with their mother and step-father, respectively, in Los Angeles and New York. Her husband and daughter have been married since 2008. She and her husband have a son called Marvin Hume Jr. who was born in 2010. She had a daughter in 2013, and is expecting a second child in 2015. She previously appeared on The X Factor and The Voice, and has appeared on numerous other reality TV shows and TV shows, including Britain’s Got Talent, The X-Factor, The Voice Kids and The Biggest Loser. She was also a member of the band The Saturdays, which split in 2005.
