The 2019 Champion of Champions was a professional snooker tournament. It took place between 4 and 10 November 2019 at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, England. Ronnie O’Sullivan was the defending champion, having defeated Kyren Wilson 10–9 in the final of the 2018 event. The winner received £150,000, an increase of £70,000 over the 2018 tournament.

The Women’s World Champion competed at the tournament for the first time. The winner received £150,000, an increase of £70,000 over the 2018 tournament. There were 20 century breaks during the tournament, eight of which were made during the final. Mark Allen compiled the highest break of the tournament in his semi-final loss to Judd Trump, a 140 in his win over Mark Selby. Neil Robertson defeated 2019 Championship League winner Martin Gould 4–0 in the first round. In the other group match, 2019 China Championship winner Shaun Murphy played the World Snooker Championship winner Reanne Evans, who won 4-0. The final was won by Neil Robertson, who required foul shots in the penultimate frame to avoid losing the match. The Champion of Champion is an invitational snookers tournament, first held in 1978. It has been held annually since 2013, and does not carry any world ranking points.

It was organised by Matchroom Sport, broadcast on ITV4 and sponsored by sports betting company ManbetX. The total prize fund for the 2019 event was £440,000. The two semi-finals were played on separate days – 8 and 9 November – with the final on 10 November. The length of the matches varied throughout the competition, with the two-session final played as a best-of-19-frames match. Each match was played over the single day as a single group-elimination competition rather than a round-robin. The first round was played on 4 November, with players from group four competing in the opening round. The opening round was between Martin Gould and Martin Gould, with Gould winning 4-1. The second round was a single-round match between Neil Robertson and Shaun Murphy, with Robertson winning 6-3. The third round was contested by Mark Allen and Judd Trump with the winner going through to the quarter-finals. The fourth round was held on 8 November, and the winner was Ronnie O’Sullivan, who beat Judd Trump 5-4 in the semi- final to win the championship. The last round was staged on 9 November with the winners of the World Seniors Championship and the World Women’s Championship playing in the group finals.
