Victoria Spartz
Victoria Spartz was born in Nosivka, Chernihiv Oblast, Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, today Ukraine. She immigrated to the United States in 2000 at the age of 22 and became a U.S. citizen in 2006. Spartz founded the Hamilton County, Indiana, Tea Party.
