Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder characterized by continuous or relapsing episodes of psychosis. Major symptoms include hallucinations, delusions, and disorganized thinking. Treatment is antipsychotic medication, along with counselling, job training, and social rehabilitation. People with schizophrenia have a higher suicide rate and more physical health problems.
