Rax Roast Beef
Rax Roast Beef is a regional U.S. fast food restaurant chain specializing in roast beef sandwiches. The chain was once a major player in the fast food industry, but has since scaled back its operations. The Rax brand was purchased in July 1997 by the company-owned fast food chain Cassady and Associates and was re-branded as Hardee’s.
