Narinder Nath Vohra
Narinder Nath Vohra is a retired 1959 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of Punjab cadre. He was the first civilian governor of Jammu and Kashmir in eighteen years after Jagmohan. He has been awarded India’s second highest civilian honour, the Padma Vibhushan, for his contributors to the field civil service.
