Miss Universe Philippines 2020 was the 1st edition of the Miss Universe Philippines competition under its new organization. Gazini Ganados of Talisay, Cebu, the winner of Binibining Pilipinas 2019 crowned Rabiya Mateo of Iloilo City as her successor. At least two contestants tested positive for COVID-19.
