Michael S. Regan
Michael S. Regan is an American environmental regulator serving as the secretary of North Carolina’s Department of Environmental Quality. In 2018, he approved permits for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline, though the project was ultimately cancelled. On December 17, 2020, it was reported that President-elect Joe Biden has selected Regan to serve as Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
