Megalopyge opercularis
Megalopyge opercularis is a moth of the family Megalopygidae. The larva is generously coated in long, luxuriant hair-like setae, making it resemble a tiny Persian cat. The caterpillar is regarded as a dangerous insect because of its venomous spines.
