Mamdouh Elssbiay

Mamdouh Mohammed Hassan Elssbiay is an Egyptian IFBB professional bodybuilder. He is often referred to by his nickname Big Ramy. He won the 2012 Amateur Olympia in Kuwait City. In 2020, he won the Mr. Olympia.
