Lord Allan Velasco
Lord Allan Jay Quinto Velasco is serving as the Speaker of the House of Representatives since October 12, 2020. He previously served as the Representative of Marinduque’s lone district since 2016, and previously from 2010 to 2013. His father is lawyer Presbitero Vel asco Jr, who served as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court from 2006 to 2018.
