List of vice presidents of India
The Vice President of India is the second highest constitutional office in the Government of India after the President. They are also the ex officio chairperson of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament of India. The first vice president of India, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, took oath at Rashtrapati Bhavan on 13 May 1952.
