Killing of Tim McLean
Tim McLean, a 22-year-old Canadian man, was stabbed, beheaded, and cannibalized. On March 5, 2009, McLean’s killer, Vince Li, was found not to be criminally responsible for the murder. Li was remanded to a high-security mental health facility in Selkirk, Manitoba, where he was detained until his release on May 8, 2015.
