Ikeq is an uninhabited island of the Kujalleq municipality, southern Greenland. Along with Itilleq, Sammisoq, Nunarsuaq, Pamialluk, Annikitsoq, Walkendorff and Qernertoq, it is part of the Cape Farewell Archipelago.
