Government Ekpemupolo
Government Ekpemupolo is a Nigerian militant commander of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta. His wealth, derived mainly from oil bunkering, played a major role in founding both MEND and also his own fighters. In January 2016 an arrest warrant for him was issued on charges of theft and money laundering.
