Giant is a 1956 American epic Western drama film, directed by George Stevens. The film stars Elizabeth Taylor, Rock Hudson and James Dean. The movie is about a family of Texas ranchers and their rivalry with a local handyman, Jett Rink (played by Nick Adams)
