Dinshaw Edulji Wacha
Sir Dinshaw Edulji Wacha was a Parsi politician from Bombay. He was one of the founding members of the Indian National Congress. Wacha lamented the lack of dedicated leaders who were willing to devote to Congress’s political goals.
