Coastal Carolina University
Coastal Carolina University is a public university in Conway, South Carolina. Founded in 1954, it became an independent university in 1993. In December 2018, President David DeCenzo announced he would retire following the conclusion of the 2019-2020 Academic Year. In October 2020, Coastal Carolina University announced the appointment of Michael T. Benson as its next president.
