Carlos do Carmo
Carlos Manuel de Ascenção do Carmo de Almeida ComIH was a Portuguese fado singer. He represented Portugal at the Eurovision Song Contest, in which he placed 12th. In 1984, he recorded Um Homem no País, which was the first CD ever recorded in Portugal.
