Bihar Legislative Assembly
The Bihar Legislative Assembly is the lower house of the bicameral legislature of the Indian state of Bihar. Members of the Legislative Assembly are directly elected by the people. The Speaker certifies that whether a bill is ordinary bill or money bill. The Legislative Assembly also has a Secretariat which is headed by Secretary.
