Benjamin Mountfort
Benjamin Woolfield Mountfort was an English emigrant to New Zealand. He became one of that country’s most prominent 19th-century architects. He is credited with importing the Gothic revival style to New Zealander. He died in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 1913, at the age of 80.
