Attorney General of South Dakota
The Attorney General of South Dakota is elected by popular vote to a four-year term. South Dakota has the second longest streak of Republican Attorneys General in the country, having held the office since 1975. As of September 2020, there were seven former and current Attorney Generals still alive.
