“Wormhole X-Treme” was first featured earlier in the series in the episode ‘Wormholes’ The Sci-Fi Channel announced soon after the episode’s airing it would not be renewing the series for another season. It was the first episode to feature the character of Martin Lloyd, an extraterrestrial turned Hollywood writer.
