Among the five current brands, 24 wrestlers hold the championships as of December 4, 2020. The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout.

The WWE 247 Championship is a tertiary championship that is open to anyone, regardless of gender or WWE status. The title is held by R-Truth, who is in his record-tying 45th reign, and won the title by pinning Akira Tozawa at Survivor Series on November 22, 2019. The Cruiserweight Championship is the only championship of the 205 Live brand and is also defended on NXT and 205 Live. It is only the championship in WWE with a weight limit of 205lbs. and under ; It is also held by Jordan Devlin, who pinned former champion Angel Garza, Travis Banks, and Scott Devlin at WWE Evolution on November 20, 2018.
