It was not released theatrically in India, while being released in theatres in the United Arab Emirates, Fiji, Australia and New Zealand. The movie was later streamed digitally through Disney+ Hotstar on 9 November 2020, across India, thus becoming the first big-budget Indian film to release on a streaming platform, and was not release theatrally in India.

It has been released in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Fiji and Australia as well as the UAE and Fiji as a double bill with the horror film, The Conjuring 2, which was released on the same day. The UK release date was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Australian release date has been postponed until the end of the year. The US release date for the film has not yet been announced, but it is expected to be released in December 2020. It will be released on Blu-ray and DVD in the U.S. and Canada on November 30, 2020. The Indian release date is scheduled for December 21, 2020, and it will be available on Blu/ray and Blu-Ray in the US on November 28, 2020 and the UK on November 29, 20, 20 and 21, 20. It is also released in Australia and Fiji on November 27, 20th and 30th, 2023, and in New Zealand on November 31, 2022, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2028. The release dates for the UK and Australia are yet to be announced.
