On September 15, 2019, in Week 2 against the Arizona Cardinals, Hurst caught a one-yard touchdown pass from Lamar Jackson. On March 16, 2020, the Ravens agreed to trade Hurst to the Falcons along with a fourth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft in return for 2020 second and fifth-round picks.
