Gwen Renée Stefani is an American singer, songwriter, record producer and fashion designer. She is a co-founder, lead vocalist, and the primary songwriter of the band No Doubt. She has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and is the 54th most successful artist of the 2000–2009 decade. She was married to British musician Gavin Rossdale from 2002 to 2016.

The band released its self-titled debut album in 1992, but its ska-pop sound was unsuccessful due to the popularity of grunge.
