Madison Cawthorn
David Madison Cawthorn is the U.S. Representative-elect for North Carolina’s 11th congressional district after winning the 2020 election. He will be the youngest member of Congress since Jed Johnson Jr. and the first born in the 1990s. In 2014, at age 18, he was injured while returning from a spring break trip in Florida.
