Evan Ryan
Evan Maureen Ryan is an American public servant. She worked as Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs from 2013 to 2017. Ryan was born in Alexandria, Virginia, where she grew up in a middle-class family. She married government official Antony Blinken in a bi-denominational ceremony.
