In 2020, they released their second studio album Ungodly Hour, which earned them another three Grammy Award nomination. They performed at the White House Easter Egg Roll, where they were introduced by Michelle Obama. Their single “Warrior” appeared on the soundtrack for the film A Time To Wrinkle in Time, as well as their performance at Wrestlemania XXXIV in early April 2018. Halle’s performance of “Happy without Me” was well-received by critics and received a positive review from Rolling Stone magazine. They have released two EPs and a mixtape, including the critically acclaimed mixtape The Two of Us, which featured new music mostly written and produced by the duo. Their debut studio album, The Kids are Alright, was announced in late February 2018. It was released on March 23, 2018 to critical acclaim. The album’s lead single, “Do It,” became the duo’s first song to chart on the Billboard Hot 100. The song was featured in the film The Wrinkle In Time, and appeared on both the film’s soundtrack and the soundtrack to A Time to Wrinkle. The pair have also appeared in the TV series G grown-ish as regulars, after initially signing on for recurring roles. They were crowned by Radio Disney as the winners of the fifth season of The Next Big Thing in 2012.
